How to Perform at Your BEST Over 50 | Who Says 50 is Too OLD to Learn TAEKWONDO?

Sarah Chung

Who says 50 is too old to learn taekwondo?  How to Perform at your best when you are 50 or over?   Entering middle age is typically known as the "midlife crisis" because of how people believe that this time period is not a happy and rewarding one. However, the truth is that you can make use of getting older to reach your goals and to even perform at your best...and it's all related with having a mental mindset, wisdom, know when to listen to your body, and following a healthy lifestyle.  Older people tend to lose more muscle mass and gain fat after the age of 40. But a lack of physical activity and less strenuous exercises make it more likely for middle-aged adults to become tired easily and struggle with basic everyday tasks. This can accelerate the deterioration of muscles and metabolism, especially after 50 years old.
To function at your optimum you've got to train at your optimum. Use this advice for 50 and above to realize an improvement in your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
